I loved the hotel's proximity to the P&J Live Arena. A short walk! made it super convenient. The staff were super friendly and even asked about the show, such a nice personal touch. Our "Standard Double Room" was great value for money. the late checkout was perfect.
The room was a bit small. Especially the shower. It was like a phone booth. I noticed some debris on the carpet. The cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast wasn't great. The sausages were cheap, and the bacon had clearly sat around for a while

friendly staff awesome breakfast excellent service
The staff were friendly, always ready to help. i found the breakfast to be fantastic, setting me up perfectly for the day ahead. the value for money was also great. I felt i received excellent service for the price i paid.
The room i stayed in felt a little outdated. I noticed some wallpaper was ripped.

The hotel has a superb location near the teca. It's very convenient for attending events. it is also situated not too far from the airport, a major plus for travellers. the proximity made travel logistics very smooth.

The bedroom was a good size. I found it quite modern and comfortable. food was delicious and beautifully presented. This added to the enjoyment. everything was perfectly presented, which impressed me a lot.

The staff were very good too ensure i felt welcomed and cared for. check-in was smooth, quick, and efficient. They offered smiles, too. attentive staff offered fabulous and quick service in the restaurant!!!

Excellent Stay Near the Arena

I found the staff welcomed me immediately upon arrival. I enjoyed sitting in front of the open fire in the bar. The steaks I ordered were cooked beautifully to my taste, and the pudding was delicious. The attentive staff looked after me well throughout my visit.
I thought the music in the restaurant was a bit loud.

Breakfast offered a good selection of cereal, pastries, juices, yogurt, and fruit. A choice of a full cooked breakfast was available. The restaurant also provided a pre-event menu with tempting choices.

The staff were helpful and well-mannered throughout the hotel. They asked about my concert experience upon my return. The reception staff were friendly and polite, ready to assist with any request.

On-site car parking was available. The location is a short walk from the P&J Live Arena. There was a relaxing bar area available. The check-out time was later than usual.
